Gujarati Samaj of Detroit Summer Picnic 2018

We are very excited to invite you all for our 2018 Summer Picnic which will take place on July 22nd at Livonia Park. We will have Surti Undhiu, Jalebi, Khichdi, Masala Chaas, Snow Cones, Corns, Watermelons and much more and ofcourse special food for kids as well. We will have DJ Dhaval on site for music and Garba as well. As always we have lots of prizes for Raffle and more excitingly this year most of the prizes will be Electronics Gadgets!!! There will also be no parking or entry fee at park. Venue - Livonia Park, 32184 6 mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152 Time 11 AM onwards To serve you all and all our community better and more efficiently, we have a little change in registration process this year. We are looking to have proper count of people to make sure we are not creating any wastage as well as shortage of food. We will ask you to register/RSVP using your GSOD membership by paying $2 per adult and $1 per kid by July 15th 2018. Money paid for registration will be refunded to you in form of Raffle ticket at the venue. This will help us get proper count of people for our big and signature event. Please remember, it will still be free for you as we are going to return your money using raffle ticket. If you fail to register by July 15th 2018 then you will have to pay $6 per adult at venue and we will give you raffle ticket at venue. For non-members it will be $ 10 per adult at venue.
