Required Skill:
 

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and contact centre technologies
  • Experience in deploying contact centre call routing solutions
  • Knowledge of telephony integration using SIP in a TDM and VoIP environments
  • Knowledge of IVR and CTI call routing
