Customer Support Engineer

We have an immediate requirement for a UX designer with our client in Farmington hills, MI.

Required Skill:
 

• Provide technical development support to the customer in all their product designs, engineering changes and other technical needs
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Suite of software (must) and then customer and Client core software (will be taught). Bonus for AutoCAD and 3D design software
• A “like and understanding” of automobile mechanics, equipment mechanics or technical skills developed that will allow for a quick visualization of our customers unique product line
• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree, good communication skills, flexible schedule and ability to do some travel for training, tool checks and other to our facility in Juarez MX
