Job Description:
 

• PESM responsibilities include Plant Slowdown Process and Incidents, Problems and Changes across the whole Client organization and are NOT exclusive to IBM/EMC/CSC responsibilities.
• Post Incident Review Participation
• This is the bridge between the incident and problem process.  It is a quick management response to the incident, prior to the 5+ days for the RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Review changes for their potential to cause significant impact or pose a risk to environments
• Weekly A&I Change Advisory Board Participant
• Assist in enforcement of Change Management Processes
