Job Description:
 

• The systems support analyst will support department system owners in their day to day activities, including system testing, issue review, and data analysis.
• Support department system owners in their day to day responsibilities
• Provide support for Collection inquiries related to department supported applications of RMS and CASS
• Maintain and track system issues by creating tickets and logging incidents
• Provide second level support for issue resolution
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs, and priorities
• Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents
• Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements
• Ability to develop instruction and procedural documentation and presentations
