Technical Support Intermediate

We have an immediate requirement for a Technical Support Intermediate with our client in Auburn Hills MI.

Required Skill:
 

• Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS and 5+ yrs. exp as a Systems Administrator.
• Prior exp providing user support including but not limited to: physically setting up computers and associated user accounts, maintaining asset tracking database and general tier one user support.
• Web and database application development.
• Exp in automotive and/or industrial design. 
• Knowledge of using designer specific software: Adobe, Autodesk, and Dassault.
• Working knowledge of: Active Directory, DFS, VPN, IPV4, IIS, group policies, Windows scripting, SharePoint, and Service Now. Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft and CompTIA.
